This week when we sent out the Wednesday newsletter our server malfunctioned. Our apologies to anyone who had trouble accessing the site on Wednesday morning. Here is the link to that "Most Livable Places" newsletter if you would like to try again.

This newsletter will explore a sampling of the active communities available in exciting Washington. This great state in the Pacific Northwest offers a more moderate climate than people in the northeast might be used to. Washington is also very big and very diverse - with cities, a huge coast, mountains, rivers, and desert - so there is probably a community to fit almost anyone.

Washington  Active Adult Communities Sampler:
These 3 communities represent just a small selection from the 30 (and counting) active communities listed at Topretirements for Washington State:

Ever thought about retiring to an island? Oakmont at Fairway Point on beautiful Whidbey Island could be your chance. Oakmont is an age qualified community of single family homes within the larger Fairway Point development. It offers easy access to golf along with the outdoor recreation this island is famous for.

Here's a rental choice for people who are ready to relax and enjoy the Olympia area.  Apartments from studios to 2 bedrooms, meals and many planned activities included. Close to farmers market and a charming forest.

We are looking for friends!
Facebook friends that is. Become a fan of Topretirements at Facebook and get more helpful updates as we post there.

This community of manufactured homes in Spokane offers a lower cost alternative to 55+ living. Sundance Meadows is across the street from a golf club so you can play if you want to, and not pay if you don't.

Looking for a custom retirement report?  Take our free, 10 question Retirement Ranger quiz and narrow down your possibilities. For example, select only towns in the southeast, or only college towns.
